Andrew Bailey, MHA
Assistant Administrator
Mr. Bailey earned a Master of Health Administration degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York and has been with Franklin Regional Medical Center since June 2007. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. He directly oversees the day-to-day operations of the facility including the Therapy Center, Laboratory, Radiology, Dietary, Plant Ops and Environmental Services.
In addition, Mr. Bailey works with contract negotiations and management, marketing, physician recruitment, clinic oversight, patient advocacy and satisfaction programs, and other related operational activities.
