Franklin Wound Care Center
Franklin Wound Care Center is designed to see patients of all ages in a convenient and comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Chad Caldwell, general surgeon, is the Medical Director of the Franklin Wound Care Center and can treat patients with:
- Diabetic Ulcers
- Arterial and venous ulcers
- Traumatic wounds
- Mobility limitations and high susceptibility to skin problems
Appointments are scheduled through One-Call Scheduling at (919) 497-8410 and require a physician referral. Patients need to arrive and park by the Outpatient Admissions lobby, where they can register to be seen.

Dr. Chad Caldwell is Board Certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. He is also a member of the American College of Surgery and his professional interests include wound care, laparoscopic surgery and breast surgery.
